After studying Psychology I spent 18 years abroad teaching English and then raising 2 daughters, living in Japan, the US and Germany before returning to the UK. Â Having long appreciated the benefits of massage I decided to retrain as a therapist, studying with Inspire Massage Workshops. I gained a distinction in the ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology and Massage in 2011.

In May 2012 I travelled to Bangkok to study Traditonal Thai Massage at Wat Po Medical School. Â Fascinated by Thailand, where massage is part of the way of life, I returned to Wat Po in May 2013 to continue my studies in Advanced Thai MassageTechniques. Â

I have recently added Manual Lymphatic Drainage to my qualifiations. Â A very gentle massage technique which improves the circulation of lymph; especially helpful for the removal of excess water and toxins.
